Garlic Chips

 Omit the salt & you have a no-salt chip snack

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 flour tortilla per person

- butter flavored cooking spray

- garlic salt or garlic granules  or onion salt  or onion granules  or taco seasoning, etc.

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven – 350°

 1.  Cover cookie sheet with foil

 2.  Cut each tortillas into 6 wedges

 3.  Place wedges on cookie sheet and LIGHTLY Spray one side of each ‘chip’ with butter flavored cooking spray.

 4.  Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of seasoning

 5.  Bake in the preheated oven 5 to 8 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges.

 6.  Cool on the cookie sheet for about 15 minutes.

 7.  Place in storage bag with your HR & Kitchen # on it to eat tomorrow.

 6.  Serve as chips with soup, or use with a dip, salsa or chutney.

 

 Holly's Hints:   Use a pizza rotary cutter to cut up the tortillas into 'pie' wedges.
