Holly's Pork Tenderloin Appetizer

 Can be make a day ahead....

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 whole pork tenderloin

- ½ c Grey Poupon Mustard

- 2 T honey

- 1 t rosemary

- 1 t thyme

- 1/8 t black pepper

- 1 t dill weed

DIRECTIONS:

1)  Line a small roasting pan with foil.

2)  Mix mustard, honey & seasonings together.

3)  Spoon some of the mixture on the foil & place the tenderloin on top of it.

4)  Spoon the rest of the mixture on top of the tenderloin.

5)  Bake, uncovered in a 325° oven for 30 minutes

6)  When done -, remove from oven – let it set 10 minutes. Put it on a cutting board and slice thin.

7)  Place it on a serving plate. Using a fork serve it with crackers.


Holly's Hints:   Make it ahead a day or 2.  Serve it cold with crackers. 
                               
 -  Great when you have to take a dish to pass
                       
 -  We have also used this one as our meat for a dinner or brunch meal.
