| 1-1/2 lbs. Ground Beef |
| 1 Small Onion |
| 1 - 16 oz. can Chow Mien Vegetables |
| 1 can Cream Mushroom Soup |
| 1 can Cream Chicken Soup |
| 1 Soup Can Water |
| 1/2 Cup Raw Rice |
| 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce |
| 1 - 3 oz. can Chow Mien Noodles |

Brown meat and onions. Combine all but last ingredient in 3 quart casserole, cover and bake 1 hour 15 minutes, stirring once. Uncover, sprinkle with chow mein noodles, and bake 10 minutes more. Freezes well unbaked. |
