BESS' SAUSAGE-EGG CASSEROLE

350º,  30-40 Minutes


1 lb. Bulk Sausage
6 Eggs
1 1/2 Cup Milk
1 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 Slices Bread, cubed OR 1-1/2 cup seasoned or plain Croutons
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
Brown sausage and drain well.  Beat eggs into milk, salt and mustard.  Place croutons in bottom of lightly greased 9" x 13" pan, crumble sausage over and top with cheese.  Pour egg mixture over all and refrigerate over night (or at least two hours).  Serves 6.

  Bake in  350º oven ,  30-40 Minutes
