350º, 30-40 Minutes |
| 1 lb. Bulk Sausage |
| 6 Eggs |
| 1 1/2 Cup Milk |
| 1 tsp. Salt |
| 1 Cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese |
| 2 Slices Bread, cubed OR 1-1/2 cup seasoned or plain Croutons |
| 1 tsp. Dry Mustard |
| Brown sausage and drain well. Beat eggs into milk, salt and mustard. Place croutons in bottom of lightly greased 9" x 13" pan, crumble sausage over and top with cheese. Pour egg mixture over all and refrigerate over night (or at least two hours). Serves 6. |
