PUMPKIN PIE CAKE

350º, 45 Minutes


1st Layer: 1 20 oz. White Cake Mix (minus 1 Cup)
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Margarine, melted
Combine above and press into 9" x 13" cake pan or jelly roll pan.
2nd Layer: 3 1/2 - 4 Cups Pumpkin
2 Eggs
1 Cup Brown Sugar
5 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
Combine above and pour over 1st layer.
3rd Layer:  Combine 1 Cup cake mix with 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and 3 Tbsp. margarine.  Crumble over 2nd layer. 

Bake - 350º, 45 Minutes

When cool, cut into squares.  Even better with whipped cream on top!
