Dwight's All-Around Butter Sauce
Recipe courtesy of HollysHints.com
Super on chicken, turkey, pork chops, roasts, shrimp
and salmon and other fish

Ingredients
1/2 T    soy sauce (Kikkomen)
1/2 T    garlic granules (not garlic salt)
1 T       Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins)
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter or Margarine

Directions
Cut butter into chunks and put in a microwave safe - refrigerator bowl that
has a lid.
In the microwave melt the butter and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
After the meat has cooked a while - brush on some of the heated butter sauce.
Continue to baste the meat every 15 - 20 minutes until the food is done.

IMPORTANT CAUTIONS:
- If you DO NOT use this sauce on RAW meat, you can store it in the
refrigerator to use again.  Up to 1 month.

- If you DO brush or spoon it over RAW meat - do not store it -
toss it
because it will be contaminated with raw meat bacteria that can cause
food 'poisoning'.

Make a new batch as needed.

HINT Make some in a separate container to heat & ladle over the meat
as it is served.
