Super on chicken, turkey, pork chops, roasts,
shrimp and salmon and other fish |
| Ingredients |
| 1/2 T soy sauce (Kikkomen) |
| 1/2 T garlic granules (not garlic salt) |
| 1 T Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins) |
| 1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter or Margarine |
| Directions Cut butter into chunks and put in a microwave safe - refrigerator bowl that has a lid. In the microwave melt the butter and stir in the rest of the ingredients. |
| After the meat has cooked a while - brush
on some of the heated butter sauce. Continue to baste the meat every 15 - 20 minutes until the food is done. IMPORTANT CAUTIONS:
