HONEY DIJON GLAZE

Use on chicken, turkey, pork, or ham

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (Gray Poupon)
1/2 Cup honey

Combine ingredients, stir thoroughly.  

Test taste it and then add more honey or Dijon according to the flavor that you want to have.

Start brushing this glaze on your meat about 15 minutes before you are to take it off the grill.  Repeat brushing it on every 5 minutes - 2 more times.

Take the meat off the grill - enjoy!

IMPORTANT CAUTIONS: 
- Do not save this glaze - toss it
because it will be contaminated with meat bacteria that can cause
food 'poisoning'. 

Make a new batch as needed.

HINT Make some in a separate container to heat & ladle over the meat
as it is served.  Toss the leftovers - this does not store well.
