Preheat oven to 400° |

1 lb ground meat (or ½ lb. sliced
deli ham) |

1) Grease a cookie sheet 2) Brown the meat, onion, green pepper together 3) Stir in the sauce & seasonings. Simmer for 5 minutes 4) Press all of the biscuit dough on the greased cookie sheet into a 14x10 rectangle 5) Spread the meat mix over only half of it 6) Top with the cheese 7) Carefully fold over dough & seal it with a fork Bake in the 400° oven for 15-20 minutes, until it is golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes before you cut it in slices to serve. Enjoy. |
