HELEN'S FLAVORS OF MICHIGAN SALAD

6-8 cups mixed salad greens  (or Romaine)
1 small can - drained - Mandarin oranges
1/2 cup dried cherries or cranberries
4-5 sliced radishes
1/2 cup coarsely broken pecans
1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
 

Dressing:

1 t prepared mustard
1/2 c maple syrup
1 1/2 t dried tarragon
1/4 c olive oil
1/2 c raspberry vinegar
 

Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad ingredients - mix - serve
